Creator: weekly check-ins and studio routing for your 37 unlocked studios. Pro: check-ins every 3 days and routing across all 52 studios. Team: the same Pro mentor depth on every seat (up to 25). Free can preview intake only.
Are PDF exports free?
Yes. Exports are always free for content you are allowed to create. We gate studios and depth — not downloads.
Are integrations like GitHub, Jira, or Gmail included in paid plans?
Integrations connect in Settings on every plan — free included. Paid plans unlock studios, Agent Builder depth, and tier-locked custom skills, not third-party connections.
What separates Free from Creator if both include one custom agent?
Free includes 1 Lab agent with Free-tier skills, 12 studios, 100 MB library storage, an AI agent portrait in Agent Builder (uses your 15 monthly Create images), and solo Create (15 images + 3 music tracks per month). Creator unlocks 25 more studios, 5 GB storage, Creator-tier skills, 5 memory blocks, and higher Create quotas (75 images, 25 music tracks, 15 video clips per month).
Can I invite teammates on every plan?
Free and Creator are solo workspaces (1 seat — you only). Pro includes up to 5 organization seats with email invites. Team includes up to 25 seats, shared org knowledge, and pooled library storage.
How much library storage do I get?
Free: 100 MB · Creator: 5 GB · Pro: 25 GB · Team: 100 GB pooled. Generated images, music, video, and knowledge uploads count toward your library. Delete files anytime in Library to free space.
Are AI images, music, and video unlimited?
No — each plan includes monthly Create quotas (images, music tracks, and video clips). See the compare table and plan cards for exact numbers. Quotas refill on the 1st of each month (UTC) for every plan, including yearly subscribers — paying yearly saves on subscription price, not by stretching one month of Create across a full year. Exports stay free.
If I pay yearly, do I get a full year of Create credits upfront?
No — industry standard here: yearly billing is a discount on your subscription. Create quotas still refill every calendar month (1st UTC) at the same per-month limits shown on your plan. You get the same monthly allowance as monthly subscribers.
What is a studio pass?
A one-time purchase for focused work — e.g. Resume Pass for 30 days in Resume Studio. No subscription required.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Stripe handles proration on subscription changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards via Stripe Checkout. Team and enterprise invoicing available on request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from Settings → Manage billing. You keep full paid access through the end of your current billing period — then you're moved to Free with Free-tier Create limits. Exports stay free.
What happens if my card fails or my subscription is past due?
We email you to update your payment method. You get a short grace period after the due date to fix billing; after that, paid studios and Create limits drop to Free tier until payment succeeds. Cancelled plans are never charged again for the next period.
