Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prime AI Team ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Prime AI Team provides a platform for organizations to access, deploy, and interact with professional AI agents. Agents generate documents, presentations, spreadsheets, media, and other deliverables based on user inputs. All generated outputs are stored in your organization's asset vault via Supabase Storage.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to AI agents requires an active subscription. Plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for annual plans within 14 days of purchase. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer AI models, scrape the platform, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended interface. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you create through the Service belongs to you or your organization. Prime AI Team retains rights to the platform, agent profiles, design system, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for generating outputs within the Service.
7. Data & Privacy
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security (RLS). We do not sell your data or use it to train models. Business context and memory are private to your organization. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
AI-generated outputs are provided 'as-is' and should be reviewed before use in professional, legal, financial, or medical contexts. Prime AI Team is not liable for decisions made based on agent outputs. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
